All content and software belong to Rynua Interactive or licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal use.
6. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership but grant Rynua Interactive a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it. Content must not be illegal or infringe others’ rights.
7. In-Game Purchases
All virtual goods and currencies are non-refundable, subject to platform policies.

9. Disclaimers & Liability
Services are provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Rynua Interactive and affiliates from claims arising from your use of our Services.

12. Governing Law
Governed by Dutch law. Disputes handled under Netherlands Arbitration Institute rules.
