This week completed the formal recording of the Stellar Mariner identity and put it straight to work, with the Stellar Mariner website finding its own visual language and the studio's infrastructure getting a round of improvements.
Rynua Interactive — Brand & IP
- Completed the formal recording of the final Stellar Mariner emblem and wordmark through BOIP, closing out the Intellectual Property work started in Week 38.
- Locked the final identity as the reference for all Stellar Mariner materials going forward.
Stellar Mariner — Web Platform
- Rolled out the final emblem and wordmark across the Stellar Mariner website and the current teaser page.
- Settled the website's design language: a clean, information-driven style built around framed panels, labelled details and one signature shape that runs through cards and page sections.
- Chose the site's typography, with each typeface given a single role: one for headlines, one for titles and labels, one for menus and controls, and one for reading.
- Built and refined the homepage: the opening section, the navigation menus, the news and show cards, and the footer.
- Explored and set aside several alternative directions along the way, keeping the best ideas from each.
Rynua Interactive — Web Infrastructure
- Moved CV and application uploads from the Careers page to private storage in the EU, where they are deleted automatically after 30 days.
- Improved loading of images and video on rynua.com, so returning visitors get pages faster.
- Consolidated the Search Console properties for rynua.com and stellarmariner.com under the studio's central account.
Studio Operations
- Organised the core technical design documentation, including the Entity & Authority Model, Service Topology and Infrastructure Stack, into the studio's design library.
- Mapped out automation for recurring studio work, such as development reporting and infrastructure monitoring.
Next
- Continue building the Stellar Mariner website beyond the homepage.
- Update the brand documentation to reflect the final identity.
